Me: Your logo is too low res and quite pixilated. Could you send me the high res version? It will be larger than the one you just sent me.

Client: Sure! 

They send me the same jpg, but stretched to fill the screen.

Me: No no, I need a higher quality image, like the eps file or something similar.

Client: Oh, why didn’t you say so?

They send me the same file, but with .eps added after the jpg extension.
